Have you ever wondered how people make those cool quotes and testimonial graphics for their Instagram account?
You have wanted to include this type of content on your Instagram account, but don’t know where to start or don’t want to learn complicated graphic design programs to create this.
Well, this will take less than five minutes to create, on your phone, and you’ll be ready to upload it to your Instagram profile!
But first, an important tip for creating graphics for your Instagram account:
Stay on brand with your fonts, colours and voice! Stay consistent so that when someone sees your graphics, they associate them with your brand.
1 – DOWNLOAD THE WORDSWAG APP
Open the App Store and download The WordSwag App on to your phone. It’s $6.99.
2 – OPEN THE WORDSWAG APP
Choose CAMERA if you’re taking the background photo right then, or LIBRARY to select from your own camera roll, or FREE PHOTOS to use WordSwag backgrounds including solid colour backgrounds.
3 – CHOOSE A BACKGROUND
You can search for a specific image, or just scroll down to see popular backgrounds including solid colours in the FREE PHOTOS.
4 – DOUBLE TAP TO ENTER YOUR TEXT
5 – TYPE YOUR TEXT
You may receive a warning about special characters if you use spacing, punctuation or capitalization as not all font styles support these characters. Just tap ‘CONTINUE ANYWAY’ if you receive this warning.
6 – SELECT FROM THE VARIOUS FONT STYLES
Tap through the different font styles to find one that you like. You can also change the font colour.
7 – CLICK SAVE
It will automatically save the image to your camera roll. You can then share it directly to social media platforms, or even add your logo if you have your logo (or another image) saved in your camera roll.
That’s it!
ONE LAST TIP: Create and save a few images at a time. That way you’ll have content for more than just one day!
